Edward is the Managing Partner, a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) and a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He is well versed with the International Standards on Auditing as well as the International Financial Reporting Standards. Edward has spent several years auditing organizations and companies in the profit and not for profit sectors and has extensive experience in audit of organizations in the NGO, financial services and commercial sectors. He holds Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Kenyatta University and a bachelors degree in Business Administration in Accounting & Finance. He is also the Finance Director at Fedwar Financial Advisors Limited, a limited liability Company offering financial advisory services. Edward is passionate about driving convergence of risk, governance and strategy to drive audit and assurance in order to help clients achieve growth and derive value. Through his work in compliance reviews, strategic risk advisory, internal audit, process and controls review, he has contributed to clients in not only helping to achieve compliance objectives but also to drive process efficiencies and identify strategic opportunities. He heads the audit and management consultancy divisions of the firm. Edward has worked in different countries such as South Sudan, Uganda, Somaliland, Rwanda and South Africa.

Stansilaus is an Associate Partner at Edward Dancan & Associates with over 10 years’ experience in auditing companies in the profit and not for profit sectors and has extensive experience in audit of Sacco’s, NGOs, financial services and commercial sectors. He is well versed with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. (ICPAK). He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Kenyatta University and a bachelors degree in Commerce Finance & Accounting from Strathmore University. He is also the finance Director at Extant Solutions Limited a limited liability Company offering financial advisory services.

Cosmas is a Tax Associates Partner at Edward Dancan and Associates. He has vast post –qualification experience in Not for profit Taxation, Assurance and Advisory, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, and Organizations Risk Management. He has handled various assignments such as Tax Exemptions application, KRA Tax audits, Vat Refund audits, Tax Health Checks and Coordination of Tax Seminars at the firm’s level.
